Screws
We stock all of the following different types of screws.
Machine screws, a fastening device similar to a bolt but having a socket in its head which allows it to be turned with a screwdriver.
Self – tapping screws, A self-tapping screw is a screw that can tap its own hole as it is driven into the material.
Woodscrews, Wood screws are used primarily for connecting wood to wood, and are renowned for the clamping force that they provide to strengthen a joint. They can also be used to attach hinges, hardware, locks and other non-wood objects.
Self drilling screws, A self-drilling screw has a drill bit point to help drill into metal without pre-drilling holes. Also called Tek screws.
Concrete screws, Drill the correct hole size and let the concrete screw tap it’s own thread as it is screwed in. Excellent fix.
Drywall Screws, Coarse drywall screws feature coarse threads to secure gypsum board to studs. Fine drywall screws feature smaller heads and are used to secure drywall to metal studs. Self-drilling and pan-head screws can be used with metal studs or frames. Trim-head screws are used to attach wood trim over gypsum boards
